1. Booking and Payment
Pricing varies based on weekdays, weekends, long holidays, special occasions, New Year, and other high-demand dates.
Guests aged 10 years and above are considered adults.
Children below 10 years stay free.
To confirm your booking, 50% of the total amount must be paid in advance.
The remaining 50% is payable at check-in.
If you wish to use a specific payment method, please inform management in advance.
Valid photo ID for all guests is mandatory at check‑in. (e.g. Aadhar, Passport, Driving License)
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
10 days or more before arrival: Full refund
7–9 days before arrival: 50% deduction
3–6 days before arrival: Treated as last-minute cancellation, no refund
Rescheduling is allowed with at least 10 days' notice prior to check-in.
Management reserves the right to approve or decline any rescheduling request based on availability.
3. Check-in & Check-out
Standard Check-in: 2:00 PM
Standard Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated subject to availability and extra charges.
4. Occupancy & Guest Information
Guests must inform management in advance of any change in group size.
Prices may vary based on the number of guests.
Children below 10 years are not charged.
If more than 5 children are included, additional charges may apply.
5. Pet Policy
Pets are welcome at the resort.
Owners are fully responsible for pet food, hygiene, and safety.
Any damage or cleaning required due to pets will be charged additionally.
6. Kids Policy
Parents/guardians are responsible for their children’s safety at all times.
Children must be supervised near the pool, lawn, and outdoor areas.
The resort is not liable for accidents or injuries involving minors.
Guests with infants should inform management beforehand and bring necessary food or items.
7. Damage & Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage to property, furniture, or amenities during their stay.
All damages or breakages must be reported and compensated before checkout.
The resort is not responsible for loss of valuables or personal items.
8. Use of Amenities
Swimming Pool:
Swimwear is mandatory.
Guests use the pool at their own risk.
Individuals with skin sensitivities should take precautions.
Outdoor/Indoor Games:
Use equipment carefully; damages will be chargeable.
Electronic Devices (Speakers, TVs, Projectors):
Use responsibly and avoid volume disturbance.
9. Behaviour & Conduct
Guests must maintain decorum and follow resort rules.
Misbehavior, abuse, or violence toward staff or other guests will not be tolerated.
Management reserves the right to evict guests violating conduct rules without refund.
10. Alcohol & Substance Policy
Alcohol is not served on the property.
Guests wishing to consume alcohol must obtain a temporary government license.
Drugs, marijuana, and hookah are strictly prohibited.
Management is not liable for any legal consequences arising from guest actions.
11. Food & Dining
Outside food is allowed.
Once food is ordered, it cannot be cancelled.
Please allow a minimum of 20–30 minutes for food preparation.
12. Events, Décor & Catering
Guests must inform management in advance about any planned events or decorations.
Any décor causing damage or mess will not be permitted.
Outside catering is allowed only with prior approval from management.
Charges may apply for the use of kitchen or utilities.
13. General Terms & Policies
Policies and tariffs are subject to change without prior notice.
Management reserves the right to modify or deny bookings in case of non-compliance or unforeseen circumstances.
All guests are expected to cooperate with staff for a safe and memorable stay.
14. Other Important Policies
Guest Conduct: Guests must behave respectfully toward other guests, staff, and property. Loud noise, disturbance, or illegal behavior may lead to eviction without refund.
Outside Food & Beverage: Typically prohibited / restricted; special cases require permission.
Pets: Policy on pets needs clear statement — allowed / not, extra charges, restrictions, vaccination proof etc.
Payment & Security Deposit: Full / partial payment in advance. Security deposit may be taken to cover incidental damages; refundable upon check‑out after inspection.
Force Majeure / Unforeseeable Situations: In case of natural calamities, government orders, pandemics etc., resort will try to reschedule or issue vouchers; refund policies may differ.
